About the Opportunity

If this sounds like you, a rare opportunity exists for a positive, hands-on People and Culture Coordinator to join our team in this exciting and varied true generalist HR role where no two days are the same.
As a key member of the People and Culture team, you will be a trusted advisor across the organisation – supporting leaders and employees at all levels, providing generalist specialist advice and guidance on a range of people related matters across the full employee lifecycle including:
- Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Change Management
- Industrial Relations and award interpretation
- Undertaking investigations
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations and industrial instruments
You will also play a key role alongside the Executive Manager People and Culture, in delivering strategic projects including:
- Delivering initiatives to grow a values-driven, inclusive and engaged culture
- Preparing internal communications on key organisational initiatives
- Coordinating actions under the Gender Equality Action Plan
- Providing practical and timely advice to leaders on employee relations matters

What you need to Succeed
You’re a confident and proactive HR generalist with:
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience working across a broad range of People & Culture functions, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
- The ability to manage competing priorities, adapt quickly, and take initiative
- A strong sense of privacy, confidentiality, professionalism and impartiality
- Genuine desire to contribute to a values-driven organisation that puts people at the heart of everything
