Digital MARKETING SPECIALIST – 2 x positions

We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team to support our expanding portfolio of clients and digital campaigns.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated marketer looking to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment where innovation, data, and performance drive everything we do. We are a full-service agency with specialist areas in Web Dev, UX, Paid Media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Tik Tok etc)
Employment type: Full-time
Salary range : $70,000 - $80,000 per annum (depending upon skills and experience)
Location : Burleigh Heads, Qld
Duties include but are not limited to:
·Provide Strategic B2B marketing consultancy, advice and best practice recommendations
·Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for B2B and B2C across SEO, PPC, social media, and digital advertising channels, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry trends.
·Research, analyze, and monitor digital market trends to identify marketing opportunities and provide insights on emerging platforms and consumer behaviors.
·Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns, including budgeting, content strategy, and creative development to optimize client visibility and lead generation.
·Develop and implement SEO and PPC campaigns, managing ad spend, and monitoring campaign performance to maximize ROI.
·Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, and behaviors using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Meta Business Suite, translating findings into actionable strategies.
·Measure and report campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams to refine marketing approaches and enhance future outcomes.
·Perform competitor analysis and consumer trend prediction based on the market conditions and previous trends
·Advise clients on marketing best practices, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
·Collaborate with design, content, and account management teams to ensure the seamless delivery of marketing campaigns aligned with client expectations.
Requirements
·Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing including SEO and PPC campaign execution and strategy
·A minimum of bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
·At least one year of Australian proven experience in a similar role
·Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and deliver measurable results.
Skills and attributes
- Natural curiosity to learn and develop your marketing career
- Advanced skills with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Supermetrics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior, user experience optimization, and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful marketing insights and clear reports.

- Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor for website content management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client reporting skills.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and proactive in fast-paced digital environments.
