About The Role
We're looking for a driven and strategic Marketing Manager - Australia to lead our growth in the Australian market.
You'll be the go-to for all local marketing strategy and execution, building awareness, generating high-quality leads, and delivering impactful multi-channel campaigns. You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing, product and sales teams to bring a powerful vision for our Australian brands to life.

Requirements
What You'll Do
The Marketing Manager will implement and lead the Australian marketing strategy across all FTG brands. This includes aligning campaigns with lead generation and brand goals, ensuring consistent messaging, and elevating on-site and off-site content.
Drive SEO efforts, manage partnerships with influencers and tourism bodies, and lead targeted campaigns across digital channels.
The role requires ongoing performance tracking and cross-functional collaboration to refine strategy and maintain alignment with the broader FTG brand vision.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in marketing or brand management, ideally within travel or tourism
- Proven experience in running end-to-end multi-channel campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO, CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), and analytics tools
- Experience working with tourism boards, trade partners, or global brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A passion for travel and storytelling that sparks curiosity and discovery
- A degree in Marketing, Communications or similar is preferred
