Permanent Full-time Band 5 Salary range from $74,484.28 to $85,025.72 Monthly RDOWe are seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Support Officer to provide essential administrative and project coordination support within our People and Culture team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team that plays a critical role in shaping our organisation’s culture, workforce experience, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the delivery of team projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines and workflows are effectively managed.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, process invoices, and assist with budget tracking.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organisation.
- Support the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and systems within the team.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to the business units regarding volunteers, ensuring their needs are met.

About You:
- You’re a confident communicator and natural relationship builder who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- You bring a sharp eye for detail and pride yourself on your organisational and time management skills.
- You have experience in a business support, project coordination or administration role, preferably in a people and culture, HR, or government context.
- Proven written skills with emphasis on attention to detail, ability to write reports and prepare external correspondence, all to a high standard
- You’re comfortable managing competing priorities.
