This new position will work within the Employee and Workplace Relations area of People, Safety, Culture and Communications. The HR Business Partner's core functions span the breadth of workplace cultural, and people matters including providing advice to managers on managing people, resolving conflict, performance management, early resolution solutions of workplace relations matters, change management, workforce and succession planning, health, safety and wellbeing and culture. The role partners with senior executives and stakeholders implementing a number of HR initiatives to increase engagement and capability.
About the Role:Some of your duties will include:
Providing expert HR advice to assigned client groups and stakeholders within the Department through a HR Business Partnership model.Assisting, mentoring and coaching managers in employee relation matters and identifying options for the early resolution of workplace relations matters.Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and becoming a trusted advisor on complex strategic and operational issues.

About You:
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
A wealth of experience in delivering organisational development related projects.A strong ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Extensive experience in providing advice on workplace matters, performance management, workplace change, employee development and industrial relations.Seasoned experience in the provision of HR services in a large complex organisation.
Qualifications/Requirements:
A qualification in human resources, organisational development, business and/or other relevant fields.
