Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Join an energetic and collaborative environment at AFL House in Melbourne.
  • Deliver real impact and contribute to the success of the AFL.
  • Foster relationships and build essential skills for the future.
  • Work on meaningful projects from ideation to deployment.
  • Participate in industry immersions and access uniquely AFL experiences.

About You

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Be a 2024 or 2025 university graduate ready to start full-time in late January 2026.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or greater in law, arts, engineering, marketing and communications, sports management, finance, commerce, data, technology, HR, health and wellbeing or other with a minimum credit average.
  • Have Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian permanent residency.
  • Be available to attend a half-day assessment centre in Melbourne in late August 2025.
  • Have balanced studies with previous work experience in part-time, casual, volunteer roles, or internships.
  • Include a written cover letter with an optional short character reference.
