Description:
Reporting to the Associate Director, People Systems and Analytics, and joining a small team of specialists, you will:

Be the first point of contact for HRIS and payroll-related queries -
Support the integrity of employee data and position structures within SAP (transitioning to MyWorkZone) -
Run standard reports on areas such as headcount, leave, and locations -
Work with payroll providers to troubleshoot issues and ensure accurate data flow -
Assist with changes to organisational structure, including new roles, grade changes, and employment types -
Identify opportunities to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency -
Help train HR colleagues and business users in system use and compliance -
Support broader systems improvement and establishment management projects
Requirements:
This role would suit a systems-savvy HR professional or a strong administrator with excellent IT skills looking to specialise.
You will have:

Experience working with HRIS or payroll systems -
Basic Excel skills -
A clear and organised approach to managing data and reporting tasks -
An interest in HR systems and people analytics -
Strong attention to detail
