About the Role
Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you'll support HR services across recruitment, onboarding, systems, and more. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, owns their tasks, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Maintain HR systems and update employee records
- Support policy development and updates
- Assist with WH&S processes and reporting
- Run calendar-based HR activities (e.g. performance reviews, surveys)
- Provide support for training programs and HR projects
- Generate regular reports from HR systems
- Offer backup support during HR Manager absence
- Liaise with payroll and other internal teams
About You
- Previous HR coordination experience
- Strong recruitment and generalist HR exposure
- Sound understanding of HR principles and legislation
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft 365
- HR qualifications (e.g. Cert IV or Diploma in HRM) would be advantageous
