Description:
The key responsibilities of this role are:
- Maintain workforce locker register.
- Manage site pool vehicles and co-ordination of vehicle servicing.
- Manage crib room orders.
- Manage distribution of PPE & stationary ordering requirements.
- Facilitate the preparation for executives/VIP visits to sites.
- Co-ordinate meetings, including taking minutes/ actions .
- Anticipate leaders needs with ability to pre-empt and appropriately support their daily requirements.
- Book meetings and other carry out administrative functions for the department. Support the management of site based hired vehicles.
- Provide support regarding travel.
- bookings and accommodation.
- Supporting new starters on boarding process i.e. IT requirements, PPE etc.
- Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead small site office-based projects.
- Other duties as directed.
Requirements:
A successful Site Administrator should have:
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence dealing with senior leadership, internally and externally.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Provision of calendar management for departmental leadership.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities within tight time frames and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan, organise and establish own work priorities to meet multiple and conflicting deadlines.
- Customer service focused.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite at an intermediate level DESIRABLE.
- SAP experience (highly desirable).
- Iron Ore business acumen.
