Support Group Director, Development and Project Manager in progressing the management and delivery of projects, providing support in the management and coordination of all aspects of development including administrative support, reporting, design, construction, WHS, finance, and legal/contractual issues

Support the Group Director, Development and the Project Manager in progressing the management and delivery of projects, providing support in the management and coordination of all aspects of development including administrative support, reporting, design, construction, WHS, finance, and legal/contractual issues

  • Support project stakeholders in tracking and delivering financial targets for relevant projects.
  • Assist in reviewing project budgets to ensure cost control, forecasts and project delivery strategies are implemented to ensure cost targets are met, reviewed, and accurately reported on a minimum monthly basis or as required
  • Identify and raise opportunities for innovative solutions or initiatives realising tangible project improvements and recommend to Group Director, Development
  • Assist with day-to-day communications and coordination with internal and external project stakeholders to help resolve issues or disputes that arise either during the project or following completion.
  • Participate in meetings with project consultants (e.g., architects, engineers, builders, project managers) to support the development project to ensure delivery within time, cost, quality, and contractual requirements.
  • In conjunction with solicitors and Group Director, Development, assist in the preparation, review and negotiation of contract documents as required for project works.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, agreements, and decisions, with a view to protecting Crystalbrook Collection’s future position.
  • Assist in the preparation of business submissions for Business Planning, Dubai reporting, DCG and PCG meetings
  • Help track and process order, invoicing and draw downs in accordance with agreed processes.
  • Support WHS reporting and compliance activities in coordination with the Group Director, Development, People and Culture teams and Maintenance teams.
  • Assist in managing documentation related to Development Application approvals.
  • Update project programmes and milestones under guidance from the Group Director, Development.
  • Support the administration of fee proposals from various consultants including management of consultancy agreement execution.
  • Maintain and update consultant and project registers
  • Monitor progress and quality of works performed on site
  • Assist in the review of monthly progress claims and invoices from consultants (and if applicable minor works builders) to ensure claimed amounts are aligned with actual works completed at the end of each month
  • Assist, where necessary, in the implementation of new systems or processes (e.g., CMMS, Who’s on Location, Safety Champion).
  • Assist the Group Director, Development with the preparation of annual Capex budgets including actuals, forecasting and costs to complete
