The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for a workplace health and safety professional to make a tangible impact across a dynamic, people-focused organisation.
Joining a highly engaged Human Resources team, you will step into a nationally reaching role that balances strategic influence with meaningful, hands-on advisory work. You’ll contribute directly to the development and delivery of the organisation’s Work Health and Safety Management System (WHSMS) and newly developed Wellbeing Strategy, offering you the platform to shape positive workplace culture across multiple office locations.
With the backing of an experienced HR leadership team and a collaborative work environment, you’ll be well supported as you drive important initiatives forward.
The Role
In this role, you will provide expert WHS and wellbeing advice and lead case management initiatives across a national organisation.
Key duties include:
- Manage early intervention, compensable and non-compensable health cases
- Deliver expert WHS advice and guidance in line with legislation and best practice
- Contribute to the enhancement and continuous improvement of the WHS Management System
- Coordinate WHS compliance activities including risk assessments and incident reporting
- Analyse WHS and wellbeing data to guide evidence-based initiatives
- Coordinate wellbeing programs, including provider partnerships
- Support the implementation of the organisation’s new Wellbeing Strategy
- Draft high-quality correspondence, briefs, and reports for executives
- Assist with procurement, budget coordination, and governance
You are an experienced and qualified WHS professional with a proactive and forward-thinking mindset. Your experience in case management and your ability to deliver WHS advice confidently and accurately make you a trusted partner to internal stakeholders. You’re energised by the opportunity to drive wellbeing initiatives, and you bring both data-informed insights and empathy to your work.

Salary / Rate
- $60/hr - $70/hr + Super
