We are seeking a strategic and experienced Operations Head to lead and transform our construction delivery and service organization in the building technologies sector. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping the operational and customer service strategy with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and innovation.
In this position, you will define and execute business and technical strategies that enhance productivity, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence. You will be accountable for achieving business goals in collaboration with senior leadership and will ensure seamless implementation of global corporate standards and guidelines across your teams.
You will lead a diverse and high-performing team of engineering and service professionals, and project delivery professionals. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives, including automation and offshoring efforts in alignment with global and local strategies, so an understanding of the technical aspects of building automation and industry digitalization is essential. You'll also serve as the final point of escalation for mission-critical issues, ensuring long-term, sustainable solutions.
This role demands strong operational insight, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to guide cross-functional collaboration—both internally and externally. You will provide valuable input to refine workflows and act on customer and supplier feedback, enhancing our service delivery models.
To succeed in this role, you should bring 5 to 10 years of leadership experience in service operations, with a solid foundation in project management, supply chain, and contract negotiation. Experience in managing transformation projects, implementing new tools and technologies, and leading teams in geographically dispersed environment is essential. Familiarity with market dynamics in the building technologies sector, along with strong capabilities in workflow design and process optimization, will be key to your success.
