About the role:
Orbis delivers the very best professional learning to South Australian teachers and leaders, empowering educators by turning contemporary research and emerging practice into practical strategies that work in the South Australian context. Orbis programs are flexible, differentiated, and co-designed with educators. The goal is to help South Australian educators to build their knowledge, skills and practice by designing and delivering world-leading learning.
The Program Support Coordinator undertakes a broad range of administrative duties to support the effective operation of Orbis professional learning programs for teachers and leaders. The position contributes to and supports the delivery and maintenance of effective stakeholder engagement activities. The Program Support Coordinator provides frontline customer service and coordinates participant management functions to support the day-to-day delivery of programs.
Qualifications:
Essential: Nil.
Desirable: Experience in customer service and/or program administration.
Special conditions:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration:
ASO3 $67,589 - $72,033 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading.
