Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Do you have a passion for managing facilities and land assets while supporting your community? Berrigan Shire Council is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and community-focused individual to join our team as a Facilities and Land Officer!
As a Facilities and Land Officer, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing the council's facilities and land assets. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the effective management, maintenance, and compliance of council properties, leases, licences as well as developing and implementing processes to enhance operational efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic local government environment while making a tangible impact on the community.

What You’ll Need:
A valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
Good level of verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in property management or facilities maintenance
First Aid
Worked in Local Government
Relevant Degree/or at least 5 years relevant experience

This is a full-time position classified at Grade M Entry Level under Council’s salary structure with a salary range based on qualifications and experience from $108,381.00 to $121,984.00 per annum, plus 11.5% statutory superannuation and a 70-hour 9-day fortnight. Conditions are in accordance with Local Government (State) Award 2023.
