In this role, you will be responsible for providing prompt, professional, and high-quality support to our clients through multiple communication channels, including email, social media, live chat, and phone.
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, live chat, email, and social media.
- Maintain high service-level standards, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Address client concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer queries promptly.
- Assist clients with payment-related inquiries, including deposits and withdrawals.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and share knowledge effectively.
- Confidence in communicating across multiple channels to influence and assist customers efficiently.
- Fluent in Korean or Japanese
