This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead the Capital Investment Planning team at Homes Victoria (Department of Families, Fairness and Housing). The successful candidate will lead the team to plan for the delivery of more and better homes in the social and affordable housing portfolio. This includes establishing the future pipeline of social and affordable housing projects in alignment with long-term portfolio objectives, informed by contemporary policy, data and spatial analysis and place-based planning. The manager will work collaboratively with teams across Homes Victoria and the broader department to manage capital investment programs including business case development and funding bids to deliver housing initiatives where most needed.
