* Location- Sydney (other locations to be considered)
* Salary: $78,720- $90,235 plus 15.4% superannuation (depending on experience)

The team
The Enterprise Services Group consists of four teams including Finance, Procurement, Property and Contracts, Performance Reporting and Planning and the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program. The Group provides a range of support, advice and analysis services across ASIC.
The Procurement, property and contracts team provides expert advice and assistance to the organisation in relation to procurement, property, travel and general business services.
The role:
As a Property and Travel Coordinator, you will be required to:
* Liaise with the Facilities Manager to ensure timely completion of contractor work and follow up on outstanding orders.
* Manage and respond to team inboxes, providing accurate advice and customer service to stakeholders in line with contract and policy requirements.
* Respond to travel and credit card service requests via Ivanti system.
* Manage locker and desk booking system, escalating IT issues to vendor.
* Procure goods and services in line with legislation and policy.
* Process monthly rents for all ASIC leases in an accurately and timely manner
* Maintain and update team SharePoint pages.
* Assist in contract administration, support ad hoc projects, including fit-outs and staff churn and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
About you:
* High school/secondary education certificate or diploma from a recognised institution, or equivalent work experience will be highly preferred.
* Having relevant work experience in customer services, professional services, or operations will be highly beneficial.
