  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $ 97,027 to $107,059.00

The role

In these roles you'll be assisting the Place Management and Stakeholder Engagement team with a variety of task across either Site Works and development or Property and Licensing within SOPA. Responsibilities may include administering the provisions of service contracts including invoices and payments, coordinating meetings when required and ensuring that customer & stakeholder management system are updated, coordinating site bookings, site licensing and/or issuing of work permits to ensure a quality customer experience for all relevant stakeholders.

In addition, you may assist with reporting and administrative duties, all aimed at supporting the teams to deliver onsite and development projects

In these roles you will juggle multiple tasks and tight deadlines, all while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and keeping meticulous records. Your role is crucial in ensuring outcomes are met in line with deliverable to meet their time, cost, and quality targets, and in providing a seamless experience for all involved.

Essential requirements

Site Works & Development

  • Current driver licence
  • Ability to obtain RMS Traffic Controller, Implement Traffic Control Plans, Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan
  • Satisfactory criminal records check

Property & Licensing

  • Tertiary qualifications in finance and/or experience in administering licence agreements, accounts invoicing and processing is essential

  • Experience in a previous site works or property or licensing role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and adapt to evolving situations.
  • Solid time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to contribute to group efforts and support colleagues in achieving objectives.
  • High level administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and competing demands.
  • Maintains high attention to detail amidst high-volume workloads, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables.
