Our client is seeking a motivated Junior or Assistant Property Manager to join a friendly, high performing team based in Sydney’s South Western suburbs.The Role:
- Provide an exceptional customer focus towards owners and tenants
- Functions associated with leasing and maintaining properties
- Respond to general enquiries from potential tenants
- Prepare property condition reports (ingoing, outgoing and periodic)
- Accurately complete all necessary documentation associated with leasing and managing properties; including the preparation and lodgement of Rental Bond Board documents, inspection reports, leases, generation and distribution of monthly owner statements and maintenance of the key register for our properties
- Preparation and confirmation of tenancy lease agreements
- Arranging maintenance and repairs to properties which are to be carried out expeditiously, economically and to an acceptable standard
- Act as a liaison between tenants, landlords and owners regarding prospective tenants, agreements, repairs and tenancy termination
- Full support from an experienced Senior Property Manager
- Grow into a Property Management role down the track

- Generous salary package up to $75k dependent on experience
- Hands on training and development from experienced PM's and Directors
- Monday to Friday
- Car & drivers license
- Valid Certificate Of Registration OR Real Estate License
- Great communicator
- Able to establish rapport with people
