The Opportunity

Property Manager’s at Dexus are responsible for delivering best in class property and facilities services through the day-to-day contribution to the operations of the assigned asset or portfolio of assets. They contribute to a culture of outstanding customer service, accountability and entrepreneurial spirit with Dexus and outsourced property and facilities teams.
You will make an impact by:
- Coordinate a team of internal and external resources to deliver an exceptional customer experience and property management.
- Proactively manage the property and promptly resolve issues.
- Build meaningful tenant relationships to inform customer experience strategy and initiatives.
- Manage lease obligations, transactions, and administrative duties while adhering to relevant procedures.
- Negotiate lease renewals, surrenders, new leases, and assignments of lease in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with co-owners' instructions.
- Manage the property’s financial performance, including income, recoveries, expenditure, capex, and arrears.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of building services and real estate market trends.
- Liaise with tenants and teams on office fit-out works to ensure compliance.
- Complete comprehensive monthly reports.
About You
You are a passionate, proactive, and driven Property Manager with at least 4 years of experience in the commercial/office sector working with a tier-one customer base. You bring an excellent customer focus and strong follow-through and execution. You have the ability to juggle competing priorities and are experienced in all aspects of leasing. Lastly, you understand the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
You will bring:
- Significant experience in negotiation, leasing and onboarding.
- Ability to take the lead in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- An adaptable and flexible approach, with the ability to prioritize and multitask to achieve goals.
- Ability to build relationships and liaise with clients, the public, and all business levels.
- Knowledge of valuation drivers and legal document interpretation.
- Strong knowledge of building services and real estate market trends.
