Design and implement SEO strategies that promote organic growth, boost traffic, and increase conversions. -
Identify valuable content opportunities to support SEO initiatives driven by content. -
Continuously monitor, test, and adapt SEO strategies to stay ahead of Google's algorithm changes. -
Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience segmentation to uncover high-value opportunities. -
Manage campaign budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. -
Predict campaign performance and provide regular updates on progress toward objectives. -
Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages for enhanced user experience. -
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various channels (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max, YouTube ads, etc.). -
Write persuasive ad copy and design engaging visuals to resonate with target audiences. -
Implement and manage bidding strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI). -
Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies accordingly. -
Set up and monitor conversion tracking (form submissions, add-to-cart actions, purchases) with strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager and accurate data reflection in Google Analytics. -
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rates (CTR), and Quality Score. -
Assist in the creation of articles, video content, and AI-driven tools to educate and convert customers. -
Work closely with content creators to develop SEO strategies focused on video, AI-driven content, and articles. -
Strengthen domain authority through high-quality link-building and outreach efforts. -
Analyze competitors' SEO strategies, content performance, and backlink profiles. -
Stay up to date with Google updates, AI-driven search trends, and industry best practices. -
Track, analyze, and report on SEO KPIs, including organic traffic, rankings, CTR, and conversions.
Requirements:

A degree in marketing and 2-5 years of hands-on experience in an SEO role. -
A deep passion for data and the drive to analyze and act on insights. -

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. -

Technical Skills & Tools:
- Proficient in Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, management, and optimization.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for implementing and managing tracking tags.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA) for setting up events, analysing data and user behavior.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console (GSC) for identifying technical SEO issues and keyword opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing.
- A sound understanding of Ecommerce channels Shopify, Amazon and Ebay
- A proficiency in tools, Google Search Console, Google ads, Google Analytics.
- Expertise in the use of graphic design tools (eg Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
