Our client is one of Australia’s leading provider of deposit bonds, is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to be the first point of contact for brokers, partners, and customers. You'll play a key role in helping Australians secure their homes — guiding them through the deposit bond process with clarity, urgency, and care.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional phone and email support with speed and empathy
- Guide customers and brokers through the application process end-to-end
- Conduct due diligence checks in line with underwriting guidelines
- Manage and follow up on active applications with ownership and urgency
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and optimise the customer journey
- Make outbound calls to follow up on digital leads and drive engagement
- Identify and help remove roadblocks in processes and systems
What You Bring
- 2–3+ years in a phone-based, customer-facing role (banking, lending, or finance preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication — clear, warm, and confident
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools (CRM experience ideal)
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset and team-first attitude
- Previous experience in mortgages, lending, or property finance is highly regarded
