We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Change Analyst / Change Manager to play a vital role in supporting the successful adoption of upcoming technology and business transformations for one of our clients. This role will focus on stakeholder engagement, change readiness, training delivery, and communication-ensuring smooth transition, integration, and sustainable outcomes for all impacted teams.

You will work closely with ITS, project teams, and stakeholders across the organisation to drive positive change outcomes aligned with the client's core values.

By joining Tranzformd, you will be working with ASX listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This might include but is not limited to the following:

  • Develop and implement fit-for-purpose change management strategies and plans to support successful adoption of technology and transformation initiatives.
  • Engage with impacted stakeholders to build awareness, foster buy-in, and minimise resistance to change.
  • Define and track success metrics such as change adoption rate, stakeholder engagement, and support response times.
  • Design and deliver training collateral and conduct engaging end-user training sessions to support system transitions and process changes.
  • Provide hands-on support and issue resolution during and after go-live phases to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ITS and other departments to ensure smooth integration with existing systems and business processes.
  • Create clear, engaging, and timely communication materials to support change campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain stakeholder communication cadences and reporting on progress, milestones, and benefits realisation.
  • Identify, document, and implement process improvements to enhance change management effectiveness.
  • Facilitate post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
  • Act as a point of contact to triage and resolve embedding issues related to technology change.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in change management within IT, technology, or transformation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and training delivery experience.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and communication tools (e.g., Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Miro, video editing).
