What We're Looking For:
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets within your territory.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clinics, practitioners, and key decision-makers.
- Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and in-service education.
- Develop and maintain a territory business plan that drives sustainable growth.
- Accurately maintain customer and activity data in CRM.
- Collaborate with service and support teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events.
What You Bring:
- A proven ability to sell, influence, and close - regardless of industry background.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine interest in learning new technical products.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to earn trust quickly.
- A growth mindset and adaptability in a high-performance, fast-moving environment.
- Experience in field sales, consultative selling, or territory management is highly regarded.
Location : Sydney Based - Multiple territories available across Australia
Travel : Regular local travel required to support clients and attend events
