About the Role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join our supportive and dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional, person-centred care, ensuring all practices align with regulatory and statutory requirements. Whether you are at the beginning of your career or building on your experience, we welcome Enrolled Nurses across all stages of practice, from novice to proficient. Under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of safe and effective nursing care. While support and guidance are always available, you will retain full responsibility for your actions and accountability for the care you provide. About You
You are a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You bring a strong foundation of knowledge, skills, and a collaborative spirit to support patients and work within a multidisciplinary team.

Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing Board of Australia, holding (or eligible to hold) a current practising certificate.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and respond effectively to changes in clinical conditions.

Proven experience delivering nursing care within a healthcare setting, aligned with professional standards of practice.

Sound knowledge of the Enrolled Nurse's role, relevant legislation, standards, codes, and ethical responsibilities in healthcare.
