About the Role
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older people and those transitioning back into the community? We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our CO-ACT service. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment and intervention for patients, working with a high level of independence to support their recovery and improve their quality of life.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll be managing high acuity and complex caseloads while continuing to build your expertise in this specialised area. You’ll play a key role in the delivery of collaborative care, contributing to efficient patient management and positive outcomes. This role also offers the opportunity to engage in quality improvement initiatives and research activities, making it an excellent next step for a physiotherapist looking to further develop their clinical and professional skills in a supportive and progressive environment.
About You
You’re a dedicated and adaptable physiotherapist who enjoys working in a team and making a real difference in people’s lives. With a patient-first mindset and strong clinical judgement, you're ready to step into a role that values your skills and supports your growth.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

A recognised Physiotherapy degree and registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.

Confidence in managing both routine and complex cases with a patient-centred approach.

Great communication skills and a team-focused attitude.

The physical ability and reliability to meet the demands of a hands-on, 7-day service.
