You will execute daily internal communications tasks to create content for all the internal communications channels, ensuring the effective use of platforms and messaging to reach our employee audience.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Support internal communication campaigns across business units
- Generate content, including planning and copywriting, for internal platforms
- Draft clear and engaging communications to simplify complex information
- Coordinate internal events and communication initiatives
- Conduct audits and contribute to ongoing improvement of internal communication strategies
Your Profile
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Able to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, team-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint and Staffbase experience desirable but not essential
