Description:
We are seeking a IT Support Engineer to bridge customer requirements with software solutions. You will provide technical expertise, optimize software usage, support implementations, and collaborate with development teams in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical support, software testing, and customer training.
- Assist in technical sales, tendering, and solution development.
- Create technical documentation and ensure seamless data integration.
- Work closely with product teams to deliver and implement solutions.
- Support project phases from design to execution using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall.
Your Profile
- Degree in Electrical/Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience (preferably in the energy industry).
- Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, C#, and software configuration.
- Familiarity with SQL queries, Python, data modeling, and analytics is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and tools like JIRA, MS Project.
