Description:
- Successfully on-board suppliers in your local region
- Work Closely with internal stakeholders to maintain trust and confidence during the transition
- Develop, implement, and manage effective procurement strategies
- Lead negotiations with suppliers and vendors
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with supplies
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Oversee the sourcing and selection of suppliers
- Manage and resolve any supply chain issues
Requirements:
A successful Category Manager - FM should have:
- A solid understanding of category planning and execution
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in on-boarding new suppliers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
