Who will you be working with?
You'll be joining a well-established business with operations across three Queensland sites. Known for its inclusive culture and commitment to employee development, this company is dedicated to creating a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and empowered. As their People & Culture Officer, you’ll be a central figure across teams, driving initiatives that impact employee satisfaction and company success.

- Acting as a go-to contact for employee queries, feedback, and support
- Building trusted relationships across departments to ensure team voices are heard
- Coordinating training and development programs to drive growth and performance
- Supporting performance management processes and aligning employee goals
- Promoting positive culture through engagement activities and initiatives
- Managing employee relations and supporting respectful conflict resolution
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring policy compliance
- Assisting with payroll, benefits, and other people-related administration
- Experience in HR, People & Culture, or similar roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
- A genuine passion for people, wellbeing, and workplace culture
- Organisational strength and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- A proactive, approachable, and solutions-focused mindset
- Familiarity with HR systems and processes (implementation experience is a bonus)
- Must be able to work onsite across three locations:
- 3 days/week in Beenleigh
- 1 day/week at each of the remaining 2 sites
- Flexibility to start early and be present on-site (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM schedule)
