As a key leader within Suncorp’s Product & Regulatory Reporting Team, you will be at the forefront of driving and delivering a strategic remediation program. This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad portfolio, delivering insights and outcomes that shape decision-making and support profitable growth.
You will lead with impact, fostering a high-performing team culture while working closely with a diverse set of stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of remediation initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the remediation program across Policy and Claims
- Ensure timely, accurate completion of all remediation activities
- Inspire, coach and develop a team of talented professionals
- Project manage or collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on initiatives
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular visibility on progress
- Extract and analyse data to generate actionable insights
- Influence strategic outcomes with customer-centric thinking and simplicity
- Navigate complexity, remove blockers and proactively respond to changing business needs
What You’ll Bring
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Python or R
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Statistics or a related field (preferred)
- Solid numeracy skills and advanced Excel capability
- A self-motivated, collaborative and adaptable mindset
- Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across teams
