Your Opportunity:

The position of Orthoptist will:

  • Deliver paediatric orthoptic clinical and consultancy services in the tertiary hospital setting at the Queensland Children's Hospital and provide consultancy across CHQ HHS and state-wide services across the continuum of care (acute, sub-acute and ambulatory settings).
  • Coordinate and assist the delivery of clinical services and maintain clinical excellence and high standards of care.
  • Support the strategic objectives of the paediatric services in the orthoptic stream at both an HHS and state level under the leadership of the Director of Ophthalmology.
