We have an excellent role based in Henderson Perth for an Operations Coordinator (Workshop) as an integral part of our Central Support Group team. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant coordination of the yard, load-out of all equipment to site and managing equipment verification.
The Role
- Coordinate yard layout and structure in preparation for equipment mobilizing to site.
- Logistics – coordinate transport and deliveries, together with preparing goods for shipping.
- Ensure communication with project leads in relation to site readiness
- Manage outgoing and incoming equipment.
- Ensure all plant, equipment, instrumentation is tagged and certified ready for use.
- Assuring accurate inventory balance is maintained.
- Ability to manage priorities and multi tasks.
Requirements
The Candidate
In order to be successful in this role you will have experience and operating understanding of the certification process for specialised plant and equipment.
- An operational/equipment management/ continuous improvement background
- Proven experience within the oil and gas services industry.
- Strong track record in planning for site mobilisation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
- Positive, Can - Do Attitude
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Great communication skills and a team player
