Description:
ChampionX, provides process and water treatment chemical and equipment solutions with a customer base that includes major oil and gas businesses. This role provides onsite technical support for ChampionX customers.
What You will do:
• Management and development of long-standing client relationships, with an intense focus on
exceeding client expectations and driving service delivery.
• Delivering a hands-on approach to service.
• Delivering value through developing and managing technical projects to solve customer
problems.
• Participating in and promoting a safety culture both internally and through client engagement.
• Conducting chemical analysis and reporting as outlined by customer procedures and processes.
• Calibration of analytical equipment.
Safety Responsibilities:
• Adhere to company and customer safety policies, procedures and rules and follow safe work practices.
• Participate in team consultation meetings to discuss workplace safety.
• Report any hazards as soon as you notice them and participate in risk assessments as
requested. Assist in the identification of control measures to eliminate or minimize the risk of
injury.
• Attend OHS training as required.
• Wear personal protective equipment as required for various tasks and report any worn out or
defective equipment.
• Participate in OHS activities such as inspections, investigations, OHS meetings as required
from time to time.
General:
• Ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulatory and corporate standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to the Code of Conduct policy.

Preferred Requirements
• A Tertiary qualification in Chemistry, or demonstrable industry experience.
• Experience in analysis of materials, preferably in the oil, gas and utility chemical market.
• A strong safety focus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an accomplished communicator.
• Ability to work in a multinational, multidisciplinary team yet be self-motivated and a self-starter
• A valid and full driving license.
• Excellent computer skills.
• The candidate must be resident in Perth, WA.
