An exciting opportunity exists for a Principal Strategic Learning Manager who will manage the development and delivery of structured training initiatives to support the implementation of large scale, complex Information Management (IM)/Information and Communication Technology (ICT) program/project(s).

Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

The Telecommunications and ICT Business Improvement (TIBIT) portfolio has a Strategic Learning Services Team responsible for the development and delivery of structured training as part of the delivery of ICT initiatives for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage, identify, plan and develop training deliverables and resources required to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of large scale IM/ICT program/project(s) which meets business needs.
  • Determine and develop training initiatives to meet the needs of end users and evaluate training programs to ensure desired learning outcomes are met.
  • Manage the development and provision of all adult learning activities, including the design, creation, packaging and maintenance of materials and resources for use in education and training.

Remuneration value up to $13880 p.m., comprising salary between $5214.20 - $5595.80 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO7) (Fixed Term Temporary Full time, 76 hrs p.f ASAP start until 1/5/2026 ).
