Chisholm is seeking an experienced Student Enrolment Partner to join our Student Enquiries and Enrolment Department. Full time, ongoing position on offer.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Student Enrolment Partner is a key and active participant of the Student Enquiry and Enrolment Services team.
- Respond to simple and complex course enquiries from lead through to enrolment
- Provide accurate program/course advice to prospective students in line with their career goals to ensure student satisfaction
- Confidently handle future student queries via telephone, email, webchat, face-to-face and social media to optimise enrolments.
- Collaborate and build strong working relationships with the wider Student Enrolment Services team, partner delivery area, and Academic Administration to continuously optimise the enquiry and enrolment experience.
- Regularly communicate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure a constant two-way feed of course/delivery area information.
- Assist with referrals for all relevant Chisholm students support services
Provide a high level of responsiveness and support to learners with special needs, learning difficulties and refer challenges to Student Services for support. - Maintain a respectful, and safe environment free from violence & aggression, bullying, sexual harassment and discrimination
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with-- Confident manner when communicating via multiple channels (for example, telephone, email, webchat, face-to-face and social media)
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to lead and facilitate presentations using online tools
- Analytical capability, organisation skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible working style with the ability to multitask and problem solve
Qualifications required for the role:
- Undergraduate Degree qualified, or equivalent business and/or marketing experience
