A new opportunity has become available for a logistics administrator to join our rapidly growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support to all aspects of logistics & supply chain operations
- Assist in planning and coordinating the movement of goods, ensuring efficient and timely delivery
- Assist with shipment consolidation & booking requests to meet business needs
- Engage in regular communication with suppliers, freight agents & warehouse managers
- Maintain internal systems & ensure they are kept up to date with the most accurate information
- Formulate packing lists & confirm shipped quantities to be shared with the appropriate warehouse teams
- Analyse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- Strong data accuracy skills
- High level of attention to Detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Computer-savvy
- Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities
