QA Build is currently seeking a Plant Operator to join our Residential Construction team in Pimpama.

There's plenty of work ahead – we expect years of ongoing projects at this site alone, with many more sites scheduled to begin this year. Whilst initially a casual role, this could lead to a permanent position with us.
As a labourer/excavator operator your duties on the machines will be to scratch the pads, bringing them to the correct level, take the remaining soil away, drill piers, back filling, loading spoils. Plus of course general labouring around the site when the machines are not required.

We are seeking individuals who are hardworking, reliable and who is licenced with demonstrable experience in operating Excavators as a minimum.
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Be licenced and able to operate the above equipment, if you hold other tickets for plant, such as skid steer or telehandler, these are a nice to have but not essential
- Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team
- Strong safety initiative
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be reliable and dedicated to the role
- General knowledge of the construction industry and environmental principles and relevant legislation/standards.
- Current Driver's Licence
- Construction Industry Card (White Card)
