Gia's Renovations operates predominately in the Perth metropolitan area providing complete renovation services.
We're currently looking for an experienced and reliable full time Kitchen and Bathroom Project Manager to join our team.
Responsible for the daily onsite supervision and coordination of multiple sites, you will need to demonstrate :
- Proven experience in bathroom and kitchen renovations
- Experience with onsite measuring and applying building / tiling rates
- Confidence reading and interpreting architectural drawings
- A good knowledge of the building and construction industry
- A current White Card and Police Clearance
- Confident computer skills (MS Office)
- Clear communication and people management skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Trade management and scheduling
- Ordering and delivering materials
- Reading and interpreting plans
- Ensuring customers are kept up to speed on progress
- Maintaining high standards and levels of professionalism at all times
