Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Contracts and Procurement Advisorto work with our client Main Roads WA , working full time hours and based in the Bunbury office on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

  • Preparation of procurement plans and contract documentation
  • Management of contract tendering, evaluation and award process
  • Ensuring compliance with contract requirements and procurement processes
  • Provide support in delivery and development of projects
  • Manage or support regional road projects and/or contracts or both

What you will bring to the team:

  • Exposure to road design and construction
  • Previous employment history in a government related organisation would be highly advantageous but not essential
  • Sound skill, knowledge, and experience in contract management and procurement
  • Expertise in research, analysis, and problem-solving
  • Proficient in written communication and report writing
  • Experienced in managing human, financial, and other resources within agreed allocations

GHD has been appointed by Main Roads Western Australia to deliver a state-wide Operational Asset Management Support Service (AMSS) contract. Under this contract, GHD provides centralised and regional support to assist Main Roads manage and maintain the State Road network.
