As part of this supportive team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office while contributing to a culture of excellence.
The Role:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure smooth functioning
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Organise and manage office space to ensure a comfortable working environment
  • Serve as a point of contact for staff regarding administrative and operational matters
  • Coordinate internal communications and meetings
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation for new employees
  • Support HR with payroll, benefits, and other administrative tasks
  • Manage office calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Organise office events, staff activities, or team-building initiatives
  • Maintain safety protocols and emergency

About You:

  • You have strong verbal and written communication abilities to liaise with staff and clients
  • Are comfortable interacting with people at all levels, from staff members to senior management
  • Able to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Skilled at managing office systems and workflows to ensure efficiency
  • Able to motivate and inspire teams, ensuring staff are engaged and productive
  • Able to think on your feet and adapt to new challenges with ease
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing a variety of tasks without getting overwhelmed
  • You approach challenges with a can-do attitude, maintaining positivity even in high- pressure situations
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or equivalent
  • Handles sensitive information with discretion and
