We are seeking an organised and efficient Merchandise Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Maroochydore, Australia. In this collaborative role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our merchandising objectives are met, delivering an exceptional customer experience both in-store and online.
- Coordinate and execute day-to-day merchandising tasks, planners, set-up guides, and new product initiatives
- Ensure adherence to merchandising policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Contribute to the brand's image and store experience through effective merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient merchandising practices
- Proven knowledge of merchandising principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in a retail or merchandising environment (preferred)
- Proficiency in using relevant software/tools for merchandising and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays (if applicable)
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
