About the role
Support the RBWH Retail and Education Centre through cash handling, uniform and stock coordination, venue operations, and admin support.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Cash Room duties including cash counting and float preparation.
- Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH) Cycle Centre administration, including:
- Maintenance of the member database.
- Member liaison and troubleshooting.
- Front desk and back of house duties.
- Monthly reporting for salary packaging providers and QLD Health Payroll.
- Coordination of the uniform service for Metro North Operational staff inclusive of ordering and delivery, database maintenance and reporting.
- In liaison with the Venues and Catering Coordinator, support the daily operations of the RBWH Education Centre in a client focussed manner, including:
- Ensuring clients audio visual needs are delivered and set up as requested (Microsoft Teams, microphones, projectors and cameras).
- Troubleshooting any technical concerns that arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide Point of Sale support as required with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot any Eftpos related faults.
