Description:

This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with retail partners and driving sales through online platforms. This hybrid role requires a combination of digital sales expertise, platform optimization, and strong relationship management to ensure optimal performance across all retail internet accounts. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for training partners and internal teams on the use of relevant online portals and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage relationships with online retail partners.
  • Oversee and optimize product listings, pricing, inventory levels, and promotional strategies across internet retail platforms.
  • Conduct Online Portal Training both online and face to face for retail partners.
  • Analyze performance data and sales trends to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and fulfillment.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to recommend pricing and promotional adjustments.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Manage budgets for online promotions and advertising spend related to retail accounts.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in sales or account management—preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
  • Strong understanding of online retail platforms and marketplaces.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or platform-specific dashboards).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in training others on digital platforms or tools.
  • Experience with retail media advertising or SEO/SEM a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital merchandising and product content management
  • Background in a fast-moving sector is an advantage.
