They’re seeking a Drive Thru Restaurant Manager and a Drive Thru Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead operations at a new high-output, dual-kitchen drive-thru location in Western Australia.What’s in it for you?

- Lead the Team : Inspire and motivate your team, driving a positive, high-energy environment that keeps everyone engaged
- Own the Operations : Oversee rostering, recruitment, stock management, and ensure compliance, with guidance from your Area Manager
- Develop Your People : Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and create development plans to help your team grow
- Manage the Bottom Line : Take responsibility for profit and loss, budgets, and KPIs to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant
- Engage with Your Community : Lead the Local Matters program, supporting local causes and building strong relationships within the community
- Support Assistant Managers : Assist your Assistant Restaurant Managers to ensure operational efficiency and team success
- Proven experience in QSR and drive-thru operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams
- Ability to optimise throughput and maintain operational efficiency under pressure
- A passion for fostering a positive team culture and providing exceptional customer service
- Full working rights in Australia and the ability to pass a National Police Check
