On Track Recruitment Solutions is seeking Rail Safety Advisor to join a dynamic team delivering critical infrastructure projects across Western Australia. This is a fantastic FIFO opportunity on 2:1 roster.
As the Rail Safety Advisor , you’ll play a vital role in promoting and embedding a culture of safety excellence. You’ll provide hands-on safety support to operational teams, ensuring compliance with rail safety regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert HSE advice to project and site teams
• Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Facilitate rail safety inductions and toolbox talks
• Collaborate with operational teams to implement proactive safety initiatives
• Maintain safety documentation and reporting standards

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certificate IV in WHS (minimum)
• Proven experience in a safety advisory role within a rail or infrastructure environment
• In-depth knowledge of rail safety legislation, standards, and best practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work autonomously in remote FIFO environments
• Current driver’s licence and rail medical preferred
