Based in Melbourne, you’ll be the face of the company on the ground— solving problems, leading installations, and making things happen across Victoria (with regular travel to Sydney and Brisbane).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running onsite service, troubleshooting , and support like it’s your own business
- Installing and maintaining digital signage systems —LEDs, BrightSign, AV gear
- Keeping clients up and running through equipment swaps and smart fixes
- Leading and supporting new project installs and upgrades
- Calling in subcontractor support when needed, and keeping workflows smooth
- Travelling interstate to deliver projects and build relationships
- Solid Digital signage experience , with a knack for troubleshooting
- Confidence with LED (Novastar) , networking basics, and media players
- Strong communication and a customer-first mindset
- A love of face-to-face work , whether it’s clients or trades
- The ability to own your schedule, think fast, and take initiative
- You will be well supported by IT Help Desk Technicians and a wider team.
