About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a confident and capable People & Culture Advisor to join Autoleague, supporting fast paced dealerships across Essendon Fields.
Working closely with leaders, this role covers the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to coaching, compliance, performance and engagement. You’ll have variety, ownership, and the chance to make a real difference in a business that values people.
A Day in the Life
You might start your day supporting a manager with a performance discussion, then jump into reviewing policy updates or onboarding new hires.
Later, you’ll coach a leader through an ER issue, prep for a team development initiative, or pull together some key HR data for reporting. Every day brings something new - and you’ll be in the driver’s seat.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with leaders to provide practical, timely HR advice. You’ll lead ER and IR matters with confidence, ensuring compliance and fair outcomes. Recruitment and onboarding will be in your hands — bringing in top talent and setting them up for success.
You’ll coach managers on performance and team development. You’ll maintain policies that are clear, current, and relevant. You’ll drive engagement, support culture initiatives, and help identify training needs. And you’ll use HR data to support smarter business decisions.
Could This Be You?
You’re a proactive HR generalist who thrives on variety, owns your work, and enjoys the challenge of learning new things. You’re comfortable making decisions and managing day-to-day tasks with minimal guidance.
If you rely on constant direction or prefer clearly defined, repetitive tasks, this role may not be the right fit. But if you’re self-motivated, solutions-focused, and love getting stuck in — you’ll thrive here.
Experience in the automotive industry or with Martian Logic is a bonus, but not essential.
