The opportunity
The primary focus of the ICT Endpoint Administrator is to manage and secure endpoint devices using tools like Microsoft Intune and SCCM. Responsibilities also include software deployment, patching, compliance, and Tier 2 support.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
A tertiary qualification in an IT based or relatable field or extensive relevant IT experience.
A minimum of four years’ experience in providing IT support services to with a strong customer focus.
Demonstration of administering and maintaining Microsoft Intune, including device enrolment, policy configuration, app deployment, and security management.
Demonstrated experience in technical troubleshooting and solving issues related to Intune devices and management experience of PC and mobility hardware including desktops and laptops.
Practical experience in providing ICT support services to customers in the water industry or similar public sector organisation is preferred.
