your role
A rare opportunity has opened for an Assistant Property Manager or Senior Administration Manager to join this high-performing team in a full-time capacity. Supporting the Centre Management team, you’ll be involved in every aspect of retail property operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Distribute monthly rental invoices and process reviews and increases
- Manage rent and outgoing collections and tenant account reconciliations
- Coordinate sales turnover reporting and support monthly financial reporting
- Assist with lease administration, compliance, and public liability documentation
- Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
The following skills and experience are highly advantageous:
- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills, including tenant account management
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
- Exposure to lease admin systems such as Cirrus8 preferred
- Real Estate Certificate or License is highly regarded
